Danielle Ohl, reporter for the Capital Gazette, shares her reporting on the dilapidated state of the Naval Academy physical plant. Using mounds of public records, she documented the effect of the physical plant on the Academy’s reputation and ability to fulfill its mission. Her work was part of the nomination package submitted by the Annapolis Capital Gazette for MDDC’s James S. Keat FOIA award for 2019.
